Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request a consultation we collect your name, email address, phone number and country code, investment focus, and anything you choose to add: budget range, preferred call format, the project you are interested in, and notes. We also record the date and time you selected and your device's time zone, so we can show the call in your local time.

Messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we keep that correspondence.

Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. Optional analytics cookies are only used if you consent. See the Cookie Policy.

• To arrange and hold your consultation, and to confirm or reschedule it.
• To send you price lists, floor plans and availability for projects you ask about.
• To follow up on your enquiry and, where you agree, to tell you about relevant new launches.
• To keep records required by UAE real estate and anti-money-laundering regulations if you proceed with a purchase.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We rely on your consent (given when you submit the booking form or contact us), on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, on our legitimate interests in running and securing this website, and on legal obligations where regulations require us to keep records. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to serve you:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our website host and Resend (transactional email delivery).
• Developers, only when you ask us to register interest, submit an expression of interest or reserve a unit on your behalf.
• Messaging platforms: if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities, where required by law, for example the Dubai Land Department or the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport during a transaction.

Some of our service providers store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on providers with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as permitted by the PDPL.

We keep consultation requests and correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep transaction records for as long as UAE regulations require. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data or delete data we no longer need;
• restrict or object to certain processing, including marketing;
• transfer your data to another provider where technically feasible;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to enquiries is limited to Jai and the people who help him serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passport or bank details through the website form.
